This Privacy Policy applies only to information we collect through the Software and does not apply to information collected by any third-party websites or services.

1.1 Information from QuickBooks Online

The Software is designed to access and retrieve financial data from your QuickBooks Online account, including but not limited to:

• Trial balance reports
• Accounts receivable aging reports
• Accounts payable aging reports
• Company information
• Account details

1.2 Authentication Information

To facilitate access to your QuickBooks Online account, we collect and store authentication tokens that allow the Software to retrieve data on your behalf. These tokens are encrypted and securely stored.

1.3 Technical Information

We may collect certain technical information automatically when you use our Software, including:

• Device information (hardware model, operating system version, etc.)
• Log information (usage statistics, system activity, hardware settings, etc.)
• Error reports

2. Use of Information

We use the information we collect to:

• AES-256-GCM encryption for sensitive data storage
• Secure storage of tokens in a PostgreSQL database
• API key authentication for backend access
• HTTPS for all data transmission

However, please be aware that no method of transmission over the internet, or method of electronic storage is 100% secure and reliable, and we cannot guarantee its absolute security.

We do not share your information with any third parties except as described in this Privacy Policy:
